Bioshock Big Daddy

Bioshock’s Big Daddies are genetically enhanced humans who have been grafted into an armored diving suit. Their primary purpose is to protect the Little Sisters, who affectionately call them Mr. Bubbles or Mr. B.

I’ve wanted to design and build a minifigure scale Big Daddy for years, but never really took on the challenge. I’ve never seen a LEGO version with the correct number of eyes, so I was very happy to be able to get all eight eyes into this build without making it larger than it should be.

The Big Daddy has poseable arms and legs and is 102 pieces. The instructions have 35 pages of detailed instructions to make the building process easy. Instructions and part list are included with purchases, no actual parts are for sale and must be provided or sourced yourself.

NOTE:
This build calls for an 8 long pearl gold flex tube. That has not been released in a set, so pick up any length longer than 8 and then cut it down to size. A simple pair of scissors measured against an 8 stud brick or plate works well.
