Godzilla - King of the Monsters

The King of the Monsters!
The personified nuclear destruction of Japan’s darkest days…

Beeing an afol and beeing a livelong fan of Tohos Kaiyu-series, I needed to build this iconic beast at one time.
Initialy it was supposed to have a smaller size. But I quickly gave up on that idea. A giant monster demands a giant build! This thing ended up beeing as big and heavy as a newborn child…
It took a little more than two years to build. Getting every moveable part right while maintaining the ability to stand upright without any additional support was probably the hardest Part.
So two years later, here we are:

54 cm high, 3,3 kg of weight, consisting of around 5000 pieces:

GODZILLA!

Many pieces on the inside, for example most of the technic pieces can be replaced with whatever color you have laying around.
Please keep in mind that this is not a toy. It’s a posable display model. Some parts might fall of if played with.
