Stranger Things 1 - The Forest Encounter

Part 1 of building every season of Stranger Things in LEGO!

For season 1, I decided to depict the last scene from Episode 5: “The Flea and the Acrobat”, where Nancy and Jonathan find a gate into the Upside Down while looking for Will.

This scene was quite difficult to recreate because I wanted to have the tree with the gate as the center of the MOC, while keeping the same functionality as with the original LEGO Set of turning the build on it’s head to reveal the Upside Down.

NOTE:
While most of the stability issues have been fixed, the MOC still has a pretty small surface area, which makes it tip over relatively easily. So, I’d recommend placing it against a wall, if possible.

The minifigure parts are NOT included in the inventory, as you might want to use different minifigures, for example the ones from the LEGO Creel House Set. Though, with purchase you will receive an xml-list with all the parts for the minifigures.

The LEGO demogorgon minifigure (st008) is quite expensive so you could instead substitute it for thescrapbox’s incredible build to which he made a YouTube Short for. The parts for this are NOT included in the inventory.
