This is a stand for the MOC Imperial Destroyer (75394 mod) which can be found here.
Is highly recommended to use this stand, or one of your own creation, while assembling the MOC. The angled bottom of the star destroyer makes it awkward to set on the ground. Having a stand also makes it much easier to open the hull to access and use the interior space.
