This is the Phantom I, the original auxiliary craft of the Ghost, a freighter critical in the early days of the rebel alliance and found in the show Rebels. This is an accurate rendition with a unique windscreen piece and unfolding wings.
This will also be compatible with a new Ghost MOC.
