DSD-1 Dwarf Spider Droid

Whether you’re marching through the sandy plains of Geonosis or trudging through the waters of Kashyyyk the spider droid is sure to get there!

As seen in Episode 2 & 3 as well as the Clone Wars TV show these little droids can be a force to be reckoned with when they are in packs.

I will be adding the other variants eventually (the flamethrower primarily) but these are a great base to start and have a good balance between detail and play-ability.

I added an image that shows additional mods I have made but these are outside the scope of what I can do in Stud.io as it involves cutting a flex tube. I didn’t use an official LEGO flex tube as there are wire coatings that are the same diameter at 1/6th the cost! This just gives the additional hydraulic look as seen on some reference photos.
